The Ultra Carbon racing seat is constructed with high-strength pre-preg aerospace grade carbon fiber (also known as dry carbon), giving it an optimal strength-to-weight ratio.
The Sparco Ultra Carbon seat is a revolutionary design that is installed and used without a fabric cover or padding, minimizing weight and maximizing performance. This also allows for a lower seating position and more direct feedback from the chassis of your race car. The Sparco Ultra Carbon shell is the epitome of form following function. The lightweight monocoque design gives it an extremely comfortable shape that's contoured for a seated driver with the perfect amount of recline and lumbar support.
The Sparco Ultra Carbon competition seat was designed to fit into very narrow cockpits wile still offering sizing that fits a standard- or larger-build driver. The Sparco Ultra Carbon is FIA 8859-1999 approved.
The Sparco Ultra Carbon seat requires Sparco Aluminum Side Mounts or due to the shape of the seat. These mounts will allow the seat to be mounted in the lowest position.
